This really is seriously good bread. J. is the bread-maker in our family and his cinnamon buns are especially divine. But this bread may be the new family favourite. I cannot make bread to save my life, but I did this and it was easy peasy. Not Martha had some comments on variaions - raisin pecan? rosemary olive? No more $5/loaf artisan bread for us!!
p.s. Um, yes, this would be the cause of the "weight issues" I am encountering right now! I love bread so very much :(
