3. What are you asking for for Christmas? a new cell phone - oh! I got it already!!

4. What do you usually do on Christmas Eve? church then seafood pasta at home

5. What do you usually do on Christmas Day? open presents in pj's then muffins or the like for breakfast; very queit day at home

6. Do you own any christmas clothes or jewelery? I used to have tiny silver snowflake stud earrings from avon, but have no idea where they are. A garnet/pearl/silver charm bracelt from Eddie Bauer that says joy and ....umm... three other christmas words.

7. Do you use white or colored christmas lights? White on the tree and coloured outside

8. Do you cook Christmas cookies? gingerbread, shortbread, krumkake, butter tarts, sugar cookies - but not all every year

9. Do you buy Christmas presents for your whole family? Yes

10. How many friends do you buy presents for? half a dozen or so

11. Is there a Santa Claus? Yes, and she needs to find stocking stuffers :)

12. Favorite Christmas Carol? Maybe Joy to the World, or maybe O Holy Night

13. Would you rather it be a white Christmas, or a warm Christmas? Warm please!

14. Was last year a good christmas? Yes, the first with a baby boy

15. Which Christmas color do you like better? RED or GREEN? Red - what other colours are hearts?! (being the good Dane that I am, the tree must have hearts!)

16. Do you get a real Christmas tree, or is it artificial? Real now, as some members of the household says it's the only way to go. I'm much more flexible. And would rather not sweep up pine needles all the time.

17. When you get older, will you get a real or artificial tree? Someone will NEVER let us get a fake tree.

18. Do you hang stockings? Yes

19. When opening presents, does your family all open them at the same time? No, that's not very courteous.

20. What is usually in your stocking? orange, icy squares, lip balm or small lotion

21. Do you get up early on Christmas day? As late as I can

22. Does your family eat breakfast before or after opening presents? It should be after (or snacking on during), but it depends now where we are

23. Do you have a favorite ornament you hang on the tree? I like the danish hearts a lot.

24. What Christmas movie do you like to watch the most? Scrooged, Elf, White Chirstmas, the Grinch

25. What do you like better, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day? Christmas Eve

26. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree? wrapped

27. When do you put up decorations? Usually the first Sunday in Advent

28. What is your favorite holiday dish? turkey dinner - cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing....

29. When and how did you learn the truth about santa? It must have been traumatic, because it's repressed. Can't remember at all.

30. How do you decorate your tree? Mishmash of ornaments and white lights

31. Can you ice skate? Yes

32. What is the most important thing about the holidays for you?

34. Do you usually go to any christmas parties? Lots. Lots of work and various groups we are involved in.

35. Do you dress up for Christmas or wear PJ's? Sigh. I have to dress up.

36. Who do you normally spend christmas with? Hubby, baby boy and whosever family we happen to be with that year

37. Do you own a Santa hat? no

38. Do you love Christmas? I really do.

39. Are you ready for Christmas? Lots of gifts are good to go, but there are still cards to do and some baking. But hopefully within the next week we can relax and enjoy the rest of the month.
